Position Overview
A leading healthcare system in Troy is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its hospital-employed anesthesia team at the main campus location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-morale environment with a strong team culture and supportive leadership.
Schedule Options
Provider’s choice of shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Call Rotation: 1:6 (optional but preferred)
Post-call day off
EMR:
Epic
Case Mix
Primarily bread-and-butter cases including:
OB
Bariatric
Vascular
Urology
No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases.

Requirements
Qualifications
Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) – Required
Active New York license (or willing to obtain) – Required
Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified candidates only
Candidates with lapsed board certification will not be accepted
Not accepting locums candidates
Additional Submission Requirements
All of the following are required at name clear unless otherwise noted:
Board Certification confirmation (NBCRNA)
NY license status
Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
Acknowledgment that credentialing fees are not reimbursed
Confirmation candidate has not applied directly to the health system
