St Peter’s Health Partners is seeking a full time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their dynamic team of physicians and advanced practitioners at Troy Family Health Center, 79 Vandenburg Avenue, Troy, NY. Ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to communities we serve.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support!

Position Details:

  • 4 day work week schedule:
    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Providers will see patients of all ages (including pediatrics)
  • Conduct routine health maintenance visits, physical exams, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, APP colleagues, and clinical support staff

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified
  • NYS licensure
  • DEA required
  • New Grads or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in providing Primary Care for patients of all ages including pediatrics

Competitive Compensation:

St. Peter’s Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Starting compensation: $ $136,842
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
