Job Description:

Provider's choice: 7:00 am-3:00 pm, 7:00 am-5:00 pm, and 7:00 am-7:00 pm shifts available. Call Rotation: 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials! Surgical cases are primarily bread and butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. No hearts, trauma, or Neuro cases.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on years of licensure:

• 0-4 years of Licensure: 1880 Annual Hours- $210,080 2080 Annual Hours- $232,419
• 5+ years of Licensure: 1880 Annual Hours- $230,880 2080 Annual Hours- $255,424

Bonuses:

• Starting bonus - $25k
• 6 months - $50k
• Year 2 - $25k
• Year 3 - Start of quality incentive metrics - $10k

Relocation Allowance if applicable:
The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
