The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

+ On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families

+ Will serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safety

+ Demonstrates the organization's commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees

+ Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values

Minimum Requirements:

+ Valid NYS RN license

+ Associate's degree in nursing

+ Current CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training

+ 1+ yr of experience as a RN

Preferred Requirements:

+ 1+ yr of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff

+ 1 + yr of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

+ MDS experience

+ Bachelor's degree in nursing

+ Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities

+ Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts

+ Strong engagement within a team setting

+ Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs, LPNs and C.N.A staff

+ Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field

Pay Range:

Flat Weekend Track Days Rate - $66.50

Experience Based Rate: $44.00 - $58.10
