Napa Auto Parts - - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers over the telephone, in the store, or in the dealer's shop;
Look up parts in catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately and efficiently;
Advise customers on meeting their needs with knowledge of products, warranties, and policies;
Maintain knowledge of catalog, pricing, and store policies; assist and advise other store personnel;
Maintain store appearance and displays; handle stock orders and report overages/shortages/damaged merchandise
