Merchandiser, Retail

Join SAS Retail Services as a Merchandiser supporting major retailers and CPG brands in the Retail Operations department. In this people-first, team-oriented role, you'll execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity coverage to ensure shelves are organized, correctly priced, and fully stocked. You'll set up displays, signage, and promotions, complete audits and reports, and partner with store staff and SAS leads to deliver reliable, high-quality in-store execution.

This hands-on position offers flexible schedules, training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory roles in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets to ensure shelves are organized, priced, and fully stocked.
• Set up and maintain product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reports using mobile or handheld devices.
• Follow detailed project instructions and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with store personnel and SAS team leads to resolve issues and confirm completion.
• Ensure compliance with retailer standards, safety guidelines, and store policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and remove out-of-date or damaged items.
• Travel between assigned stores as scheduled; reliably meet shift start times.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to assemble fixtures and displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent SAS professionally in-store.
