Human Trafficking Program Support Role
This is a critical role where you would provide direct support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking, often at the intersection of domestic and sexual violence. You'll connect clients to services, foster community relationships, and lead awareness initiatives—all with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of our Human Trafficking Program.
- Provide intensive case management and crisis support to survivors.
- Provide holistic, trauma informed and culturally sensitive case management services.
- Act as a liaison between victims, providers and community members.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and community members.
- Organize and facilitate community outreach, training, and education.
- Plan and coordinate events that raise awareness and promote advocacy.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and/or minimum of 3+ years of relevant Human Services experience
- Experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence or similar populations preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting a plus
- Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation required
- 13 paid days off in your first year (increasing annually)
