We are seeking an upbeat, positive, and detail-oriented Staff Accountant! This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant ready to step into a mid-level role and make an impact by streamlining accounting operations. You’ll help transition key processes from paper to digital, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure a smooth and timely month-end close. • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close process in an accurate and timely manner

• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and analyze financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders

• Lead efforts in digitizing manual processes and enhancing efficiencies across the accounting department

• Write, update, and maintain clear and thorough Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all relevant accounting functions

• Assist with external audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

• Serve as a key contributor and problem-solver within the staff accountant team

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies

• Take ownership of assigned general ledger accounts and ensure their integrity

• Embrace change and bring a positive attitude to evolving systems and workflows as a staff accountant

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as a staff accountant

• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team

• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset—must love digging into details and improving processes
