We’re looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and make every interaction feel meaningful, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Oversee front desk operations, including visitor logs, mail handling, and keeping the reception area neat and inviting
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
- Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Respond to inquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused attitude
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
- Perform additional clerical or front-desk duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role (healthcare experience is a plus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfort with phone systems, computers, and office equipment
