Our Administrative Assistant helps with:
General office and administrative support
Social media scheduling and website updates
Event preparation, on-site support, and volunteer coordination
Outreach and communication with downtown businesses
Data entry, organization, and project support
You’ll be greeting visitors, helping with event set-up and tear-down, answering questions from business owners, updating posts, organizing supplies, and jumping in wherever needed Admin Assistant Description.
In short: you’ll help make the magic happen.
We’re seeking someone who is:
Friendly, community-minded, and professional
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking
Adaptable when priorities shift (because downtown life moves fast!)
Passionate about Troy and our small business community
Comfortable with Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
