Position

Administrative Assistant – Troy, OH

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Location:

ONSITE in Troy, OH. Candidates must be able to commute to Troy, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasks.
  • Collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file them appropriately.
  • Gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Alpha and numeric filing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
