Level MB is seeking a highly organized and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.

• Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure work is performed according to the project schedule and quality standards.
• Enforce job site safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and company standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying issues that could impact timelines or budgets and proposing solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to guide on-site activities and verify work quality.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with local authorities to ensure code compliance.
• Work closely with the project manager and engineers to resolve issues, manage changes, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain daily logs, field reports, and photo documentation of site activity.
• Ensure delivery and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for on-site coordination with clients, architects, and consultants.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in commercial construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Deep understanding of commercial building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multi-trade crews effectively.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

• Full-time, primarily field-based position at active commercial job sites.
• Exposure to outdoor weather, heavy equipment, and active construction environments.
