Pre Construction Lead

• Researching the cost of materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
• Assessing risk levels associated with a project.
• Preparing and submitting quotations. Providing details of costs for work.
• Assisting with bids for new contracts and responding to client requests.
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it aligns with the budget.
• Manage relations with potential clients and assist with business development.
• Provide oversight in the construction management process. Draft Bid Packages and lead post bid meetings. Lead efforts to determine best & lowest subcontractor.
• Draft owner contracts and guaranteed maximum price documents.
• Assist buyout efforts and Draft Subcontract Documents

• Proficiency with MS Office and/or estimating software.
• Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills.
• Must be able to maintain positive relationship through daily communication with the client.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or hands‑on experience.
