** What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:*
* + Assisting dealerships by answering inbound phone calls regarding automotive parts questions.

+ Making outbound calls and responding to emails to resolve customer issues efficiently.

+ Accurately recording information in various computer applications while managing multiple screens.

+ Providing an exceptional customer service experience through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

+ Utilizing internal resources, standard operating procedures, and sound business judgment to resolve issues.

+ Proactively communicating with management and other dealerships as needed to deliver the best possible service.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).

+ Bring at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred).

+ Possess strong typing, telephone etiquette, email monitoring, and time management skills, including proficiency in Excel.

+ Can remain stationary for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

+ Demonstrate attention to detail, a quality-minded approach, and a team-oriented attitude.
