Clopay Corporation in Troy, Ohio is seeking a customer service representative to join our call center team. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with responsibilities spanning inbound/outbound calls, order entry, invoicing and payment processing to support customer satisfaction.
You will monitor order status, handle complaints, coordinate with Sales and CSRs, and ensure timely installation and service follow-ups while maintaining established policies and performance metrics.
