- Assisting dealerships by answering inbound phone calls regarding automotive parts questions.
- Making outbound calls and responding to emails to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Accurately recording information in various computer applications while managing multiple screens.
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Utilizing internal resources, standard operating procedures, and sound business judgment to resolve issues.
- Proactively communicating with management and other dealerships as needed to deliver the best possible service.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Bring at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred).
- Possess strong typing, telephone etiquette, email monitoring, and time management skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Can remain stationary for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, a quality-minded approach, and a team-oriented attitude.
