Position:
Full‑time Pastor at Cove Spring Church, a non‑denominational congregation located in Elizabeth Township, Miami County, Ohio.

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience.

Education:

Seminary education preferred.

• Lead worship and preaching.
• Assist with youth and children’s programs.
• Be family‑oriented and approachable in conjunction with church leadership.
• Appeal to a congregation of various ages.
• Be God‑fearing, walking the walk.
• Deliver passionate and heartfelt messages.
• Be innovative and make changes as needed with the Board of Deacons.
• Engage presence on the platform and use humor when appropriate.
• Act as teacher, motivator, and shepherd.
• Counsel those who need encouragement.
• Visit the sick and shut‑ins among the church body and community as needed.
• Be committed to the church and congregation.

• Strong pastoral qualifications and experience.
• Ability to engage online and in‑person.
• Family‑oriented and community driven.

The parsonage is located about seven miles outside of Troy, Ohio, within Elizabeth Township, a rural historic district. The area offers a rural community with access to an elementary and high school, a community center, and the nearby amenities of Troy.
