The Miami County ESC is seeking a professional individual who would like to join our team as an Intervention Specialist in an ESC self-contained classroom at Miami East High School ( 3825 OH-589, Casstown, OH 45312).
* This position is hired and employed through the Miami County Educational Service Center

Hours:
7:15 am - 2:45 pm

Status: Full-Time (This position is full time and eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurance).

- Will work with students experiencing multiple disabilities.
- Must have (or will be obtaining) an SBOE license as:
- Intervention Specialist with either mild to moderate or moderate to intensive teaching fields
- Alternative Resident Educator License - Teaching Field/Content Area = Intervention Specialist (PreK-12)
- Must complete and have satisfactory results on reference checks, pre-employment verificatons, and BCI and FBI Background Checks.
The Miami County Educational Service Center provides special education programs and student support services to public schools located in Miami County.
