Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for our 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shift
.
We're looking for dependable, compassionate STNAs who enjoy caring for others and want to be part of a team that works together. Whether you're an experienced STNA or newer to long-term care, we'd love to talk with you!

As an STNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residents, including:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily needs
- Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Answering call lights and responding to resident needs
- Taking and recording vital signs as assigned
- Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Providing the kindness, patience, and personal attention our residents deserve
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Dependable and ready to be part of a team
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
