Systems Administrator, IT Support
The Systems Administrator manages and maintains the organization's servers, networks infrastructure, and core IT systems to ensure security, reliability, and availability. This role performs hands‑on implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery for critical systems and applications. The Systems Administrator will serve as a technical resource for daily IT issues, support system improvements, and assist with compliance to IT governance and security standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wife area networks (WAN), and internet system.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and other IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Install and update software applications and licenses.
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and changes.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft, Unix/Linux server environments, including email, file backup, and storage systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-3 years of IT experience.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with users and team members.
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
