Industrial Engineer Manager

An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available with a global manufacturer near the Troy, OH, area for an individual with 4+ years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, including Supervisory/Management experience in the Manufacturing industry. • 4+ years of experience as an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer
• Experience
  Analyzing, Troubleshooting, and Processing Machine data to optimize machine performance and increase productivity is a MUST
• Experience with
  Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies, 5S, KPI’s, improving Productivity and ROI, maintaining Quality standards, analysis of need/justification for Capital Expenditure (Capex), etc. is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Demonstrated experience
  managing other Engineers, Supervisors, or team members is a MUST
• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, etc.) is a MUST

• Knowledge of JD Edwards software is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and Technical Service Manuals (TSM) is a BIG PLUS
• Previous experience developing
  Preventative and Predictive Maintenance plans is a BIG PLUS
