Quality Technician - Project

• Tactical management of rework execution, material movement management, inventory counts, containment actions.
• Experience with basic Microsoft Excel.
• Troubleshoot MES/ERP system issues related to traceability.
• Initial review of incoming Nonconformances.
• Machining related experience preferred for evaluation.
• Perform roaming inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support product verification.
• Perform 200% inspections in Brake Assembly and Wheel Assembly, as required.
• Support containment activities with Quality Engineering group.
• Assist Quality with corrective action analysis, PFMEA support.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline with 2 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• OR Associate/2-year degree with 6 years quality experience
• OR in lieu of degree, 8 years quality experience
• Aerospace Quality Inspection or FAA Inspections experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints

$28.00 to $32.00 per hour

This role is considered an on-site position located in Troy, OH
.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but is not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs

M-F 7am-3:30pm (First Shift)

Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
