Shift: 7:00 am-7:10 pm OR 7:00 pm-7:10 am | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on machine operator experience (6 months)
• Good with mechanics, tools, and small repairs
• Detail-driven with pride in your work
• Able to lift and move heavy loads (up to 40 pounds)
• Works well with the crew, safety always first

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines with accuracy and focus
• Watch for malfunctions and take quick action to fix them
• Inspect output for defects and quality
• Make adjustments or swaps to keep production flowing
• Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
