• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Supply production lines with materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Follow FIFO inventory procedures and organize warehouse storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Read work orders and shipping documents to fulfill material requests.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing and material handling experience.
• 2+ years of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
