Set up, operate, and adjust coating machinery to meet production targets and specifications.;
Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues to minimize downtime.;
Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating and replacing basic components.;
Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality, coating consistency and absence of defects.;
Maintain accurate production documentation, including machine settings, production outputs and quality checks.
