Overview
Production Associate Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced packaging facility. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
- Package finished materials according to company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Meet daily production and performance goals
- Must be able to meet production rates
- Must be able to work on the line with other associates
- Manufacturing and packaging machinery
- Hand tools and measuring devices
- Forklift or powered industrial equipment (training may be provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts)
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to train on equipment and follow safety protocols
