Machine Operator - All Shifts Available

Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)

Shift Options

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.

    - 2:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:15 p.m.

    - 10:45 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 p.m.

    - 7:00 a.m.

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Your Mission

What You'll Do
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report more complex problems as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We're Looking For
  • Three or more years of machine operation experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team players who take pride in their work and strive for excellence
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Some positions may require training on first shift for several weeks before transitioning to your assigned shift
