Responsibilities
- Work on the line to support other associates as needed to cover production.
- Ensure all scheduled production is met.
- Provide associates with all needed supplies, tools, parts, bins, etc. to complete their daily work.
- Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Understand daily production schedules and work with Production Control and Material Services.
- Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed.
- Excellent work record with the company.
- Knowledge of production area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Follows all safety requirements of the company – (including PPE – hat, glasses, steel‑toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
