MBS Advisors is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a specialty polystyrene production facility in Troy, Ohio. This technical leadership role requires deep knowledge of chemical mixing and polymer manufacturing and is responsible for the entire 24/7 production operation with ~30 staff.
The ideal candidate will drive production optimization, safety and continuous improvement while coordinating with technical and commercial teams to meet customer needs and support new product development.
