Location:
Troy, OH Pay Rate: $18 – $19.40/hr Available
Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Master of the Machines. Keep 'Em Running, Keep the Pay Coming. High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience RequirementsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiency. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
Job DutiesPrepare machinery and equipment for production runs. Operate and regulate machines to maintain product specifications. Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper machine operation. Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
