We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Shop Hand to join our tight-knit team at Segna, Inc. In this role, you will play a key part in helping manufacture production line parts through hands-on assembly, product cleaning, and preparing final items for shipment. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in an active shop environment, this is a great entry-level opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities- Mechanical Aptitude:
High attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and pride in quality craftsmanship. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and move around an active shop floor throughout full shifts. - Work Ethic & Reliability:
Strong attendance record, solid work ethic, and a dependable "get-it-done" attitude. - Team Player:
Willingness to collaborate with team members and pitch in wherever needed on the shop floor.
7:15 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills- Prior Shop
Experience:
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse floor environment. - Packaging & Shipping Logistics:
Familiarity with securely packaging finished goods and preparing items for transport or delivery. - Process & Safety Awareness:
Basic knowledge of workplace safety protocols and maintaining an organized shop floor.
High School
Experience0-1 years
Qualifications- Tool Proficiency:
Experience or comfort using basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and deburring equipment. - Assembly & Disassembly:
Ability to assemble and disassemble production line parts according to exact specifications. - Product Cleaning & Prep:
Skill in cleaning, wiping down, and deburring parts to maintain precision and high-quality standards. - Quality Inspection:
Ability to perform routine inspections to verify that parts meet precise quality requirements.
