Conagra Brands seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will manage production teams, schedules, and line performance to safely meet quality, efficiency, and delivery goals. Key duties include monitoring KPIs, reducing waste and downtime, enforcing food safety and GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. You will partner closely with maintenance, quality, and supply chain while coaching and developing team members in an inclusive, performance-driven culture that values innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule production teams to meet daily output, safety, and quality goals
- Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime and waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company policies
- Track KPIs, prepare shift reports, and communicate performance to leadership
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to keep production on plan
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build skills and engagement
- Implement continuous improvement and 5
- S initiatives on the production floor
- Enforce safety programs and drive a strong safety culture
