Secondary Machine Operator

Conagra Brands is seeking a Secondary Machine Operator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor secondary packaging equipment to safely and efficiently produce high-quality food products. You will perform changeovers, basic adjustments, and quality checks while following GMPs, HACCP, and strict safety standards. Working closely with your team, you'll help troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime and waste, and contribute to continuous improvement in a performance-driven, inclusive environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor secondary packaging machinery to meet production targets
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers per product specifications
• Inspect packaging and finished goods for quality, labeling, and food safety compliance
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, and all plant safety policies, including lockout/tagout
• Complete production, downtime, and quality records accurately and on time
• Communicate equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance and supervisors
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and routine preventive maintenance tasks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency
