• Prior experience with coating or machine operation is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Assist the coater operator in operating the production line
• Monitor adhesive levels and ensure accurate paper handling
• Perform quality checks and complete support tasks as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the production floor
