Overview

We’re looking for skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who desire a career that matters in a company that values their expertise. The LPN directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multidisciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members. We are under new ownership and new management. Formerly Green Hills Community we are now Otterbein Green Hills, a senior living community offering continuing care in West Liberty, a rural setting between Bellefontaine and Urbana, Ohio.

Pay:
Starting from $28.00 and increases with experience. Shift differentials: $1.00 for second shift, $2.00 for third shift. Shift: Part‑time 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Option available for every third weekend and every third holiday rotation.

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification
• Desired experience: 6 months of direct‑care nursing practice; long‑term care experience preferred
