Job Type: PRN

Available

Shifts:

All shifts available (12 hour and 8 hour)

Pay: $21.50/hour weekdays; $23.50/hour weekend

• Care for residents who need assistance with day‑to‑day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while living their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Certification:
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required from the State of Ohio and listing on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience.
