Job Title:

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at [Facility Name]. Our facility provides a warm and supportive environment for residents requiring assisted living or skilled nursing care. The RN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, managing resident health, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and mental health upon admission and regularly thereafter.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to established protocols and physician orders.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, vital signs, and medication administration, documenting findings accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including LPNs, CNAs, and therapists, to coordinate resident care.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff regarding health conditions, medication management, and self-care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control practices.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and addressing their concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN licensure in the state
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
