Associate Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location:

Miami office (Waterford), near MIA airport.

• Identify QA deficiencies through root cause analysis.
• Partner with Training and Management to design programs that reduce errors and improve results.
• Develop tools, resources, and job aids to improve performance.
• Balance priorities to meet deadlines and targets.
• Provide statistical data and patterns of errors by client, product, and department.
• Develop action plans to target deficiencies.
• Collaborate with various teams and personalities to improve QA scores.
• Attend and provide feedback for internal/external calibration sessions.
• Conduct weekly/monthly side by side and silent monitoring based on KPIs.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers, management, and employees.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in any industry.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer handling skills and quick rapport building.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish).

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office at the Miami (Waterford) office.

Pay Range: $19.08 - $30.53 per hour.
