The Executive General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their restaurant. They are responsible for the ongoing development of their management team and staff to ensure they demonstrate initiative to become co-owners of the restaurant. It is important to listen and observe, to see the overall picture and to know when to step in and coach personnel that might need it.

The Executive General Manager must be able to build a team that provides instant guest recognition, excellent service, top-quality food and clean surroundings. This team will benefit the Company by producing satisfied guests, continuous sales increases and maximum profits.

Responsibilities and Requirements –

• Management experience in a customer service setting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• A friendly, helpful personality.
• Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule which could include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
