You will be selling our Staffing Services to customers in the Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics industries.
Territory:
Troy & surrounding areas
Base salary $50k-55k/yr with a Monthly uncapped commission structure.

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your local market
- Build client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-up
- Present customized workforce solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
- Travel locally throughout the week (60–70% travel locally, not remote/hybrid role)
- Outside sales, business development, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license required
