Unarmed Security Officers needed in Troy, OH. Full Time 1st Shift, Full Time 3rd Shift and Fill‑ins (as needed) for all shifts. Pay $16.65 per hour with weekly pay.

The Security Officer is accountable for ensuring the safety and security of the client’s associates, facilities, and equipment within his or her area of responsibility.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have one or more years of security and supervisory experience
• Guard Shack experience is a huge plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance criteria
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills for accurate logs and reports
• Ability to interact with personnel and the public professionally
• Possess intermediate computer skills
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, including stairs, inclines, and uneven terrain
• Can work in various environments such as cold, rain/snow, or heat
• Ability to follow established security protocols while exercising initiative and good judgment

High school diploma or equivalent.

Full‑time Genric employees (working 30+ hours per week) after 90 days of employment receive:

This is a full‑time and part‑time position available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekends.
