Interpreter​/Translator; Japanese

Support Manufacturing support groups including the Board of Directors through interpretation and translation duties of various manufacturing management activities.

Translate documents (presentation materials, technical documents, manuals, emails, etc) for manufacturing management.

Interpret in formal/informal meetings for Production Departments & executive management.

Other tasks/duties as instructed by Board members.

Assist visitors / supporters from Japan - Make travel/hotel/rental car reservations if requested.

Air Tickets, Hotel, Rental Car, Restaurants reservations - Make above reservations for NMG members and other visitors when requested.

Check Board members mail box daily.

Purchase Office Supplies.

Pick up the purchased item(s) arrives at the cage.

Other tasks/duties as instructed by the supervisor.

• Speak both English and Japanese fluently
• Read and write Japanese kanji at a fluent level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Previous interpreting and translation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Plant and office environment.
