Salary: $10.70 per hour (paid weekly). Drivers may earn an additional $3.69 per delivery fee plus tips, totaling $20–$25 per hour.

A driver delivers pizzas, subs, and other Company products using a personal vehicle to customer locations, following the most efficient route. Drivers must be able and willing to perform all crew member functions as necessary.

No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and no moving violations in the past 36 months.
• Must have a personal vehicle that is properly insured and meets safety requirements as per Company standards and the State of Ohio.
• Must be able to provide proof of insurance when requested.
• Must be able to pass the State of Ohio physical requirements for auto licensing.
• Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Must have knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of the English language, including meaning of words and grammar.

• Ability to pass required tests.
• Ability to read and understand rules and instructions.
• Ability to reach, see, talk, hear, stand, and walk quickly for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds at various times.
• Ability to read maps or find a specified route using other mapping resources.

• Drive personal vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and deliver food products.
• Determine the best route for delivering food products to each customer location.
• Collect payment from customers and calculate monetary exchange.
• Use established traffic or transportation policies and procedures.
• Secure all items for each order before leaving the store (chips, soda, side items, etc.).
• Follow all traffic laws.
• Have knowledge of the delivery area and use maps or other resources for best routing results.
• Answer customer questions and concerns regarding Company products and services.
• Stack or pile containers, materials, or products.
• Place food and beverages in take‑out containers for customers.
• Provide and portray proper and professional customer service on every delivery.
• Listen to oral instructions to determine work assignment.
• Arrive promptly to work each scheduled day in proper uniform.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed.
• Must be able to deliver customer orders in inclement weather.

• Perform all crew member essential functions when needed.
• Learn and perform other positions as needed.
• Use professional and proper oral and written communication techniques.
• Use knowledge of food handling rules.
• Understand Company and government food service regulations.
