• Earnings: $1,350+/week average (with room to earn more)
• CPM Scale: $0.57 (0–5 mos) | $0.58 (6–11 mos) | $0.59 (12–23 mos) | $0.60 (24–35 mos) | $0.61 (36–47 mos) | $0.62 (48–59 mos) | $0.63 (60+ mos)
• Activity & Bonus Pay: $51.50 per backhaul | $20 per stop (after 1st) | $75 holiday pay | $45 route minimum (under 96 miles) | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 at 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, $500 at 90 days)

• CDL Credentials & History: Must hold an active Class A CDL alongside an updated DOT Medical Certificate | Requires at least 90 days of documented tractor-trailer driving within the past 3 years
• Location & Travel: Residence must fall within the Central Ohio hiring area | Personal transport required for daily DC commute
• Work Requirements: Available for nights, weekends, and mandatory holiday periods
