Location: Troy, OH

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to keep our warehouse running smoothly. The role involves loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving inventory while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Keep the warehouse running by loading, unloading, and moving products.
• Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track movements (training provided).
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and stay strong on feet.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, receiving, and shipping transactions.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; pallet jack operation required.
• Comfortable using barcode scanners, shipping software, and warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude—ability to identify equipment or maintenance issues.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Experience operating cable cutting equipment is a plus.
