Responsibilities:
Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerks will accept and process deliveries. The receiving clerk’s responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly and processing returns. They will need to have good communication skills to inform all internal and external customers. Parts receiving clerks should be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items.
They should be able to ensure efficient receiving processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies. The receiving clerk may assist in physical inventories and counts in the parts department. They will need to have basic computer skills and the ability to operate a forklift.
- 1-3 Years Industrial or Automotive Parts Experience
- Computer oriented
- Customer Service Communication Skills
