Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish inventory to designated shelving locations accurately and efficiently
• Pick and pack parts for same-day air and Fed Ex shipments
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipment details to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Consistently meet or exceed daily production and performance goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Equipment & Tools:

• Mouse carts
• RF scanners and computer systems
• Opportunity for training and certification on powered industrial equipment, including:
  Tugger OPR (Order Picker)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Frequent walking up and down stairs
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to meet productivity and performance standards
