Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required. At least 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts or similar material handling equipment. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and inventory transactions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties Fill production orders according to schedule. Perform inventory transactions and assign materials to proper storage locations. Supply materials to production areas to support operational efficiency. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices. Pick, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment. Load and unload trucks and containers safely. Maintain accurate inventory organization and storage areas. Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Interpret order documentation to fulfill material requests accurately. Complete additional duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures. The Material Handler supports warehouse productivity by safely moving materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.

A successful Material Handler understands inventory handling, warehouse procedures, material movement, and product identification while maintaining accurate inventory flow and efficient daily operations.
