Job Summary
Supporting the Escrow department in a branch/office setting by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Primarily focused on residential transactions.
Essential Functions- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
- Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions.
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
- Work on problems of moderately complex scope where action requires review of various factors.
- Research and obtain information for a wide range of complex data.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Follow department processes and procedures and may make recommendations for improvement.

- Knowledge of MS Office suite.

- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Typical Range of Experience2+ years experience in an escrow related environment.

Compensation$18.50 - $21.39 per hour (base pay range for this position at the time of posting).
