You will align with PM staff on site visits, inspections, permits, and client communications, ensuring accurate bids and orderly documentation. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in residential construction, proficiency with scheduling tools, and experience with Sage Contractor, CoConstruct, Buildertrend or Bluebeam.
